What is Cool Flights?

Cool Flights is designed to enhance your beverage tasting experience by keeping your beverage at an optimal temperature longer while also being sleeker and more modern, long lasting and more durable, and commercial dishwasher safe.

How well does Cool Flights maintain the beverage temperature?

While results will vary based on different conditions, Cool Flights consistently keeps a beverage at least 15°F cooler than if the beverage is exposed to the conditions. For example, indoors at 72°F, the Cool Flights beverage temperature increased only 5°F over a 60-minute period.

  1. 1. What is your Shipping Policy?

    Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. After processing and your order has shipped, we will email you with a shipping verification and a tracking number.
     
    • Shipping time is based on buyer’s location and shipping method selected.
     
    • Shipping cost is based on buyer's location and order weight.
     
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at contact@cool-flights.com. We will work with you to make it right at no additional cost to you and as quickly as possible.

  2. 2. What is our return and refund policy?

    You must request a return within 30 days of your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, contact us at contact@cool-flights.com. To be eligible for a refund, please:

    • Return your item in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging.

    • Provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you.     Yes, for an order of over $1,000, we offer bulk discounts. Please contact us at contact@cool-flights.com for more information.
  4. 4. Can I pick up my order?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a retail location where you can pick up your order. If this changes in the future, we will provide information on this website with pickup locations and instructions.
